We continue to measure employee engagement in hopes of retaining top talent. We measure engagement but what are you actually measuring? What does engagement actually mean? And what do you do after you measure engagement? At WTA, we're designing a new assessment tool that measures employee alignment with the organization's mission, culture, and work content to deeply understand what's keeping your employees, what's pushing them away, and whether they're the right fit for your organization, team, manager, and role within the organization.
